Dr. Vitaly Dvoskin is a licensed physical therapist in New York, New Jersey, and California. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and completed his Baccalaureate Degree in Health and Exercise Science with a Minor in Coaching at Syracuse University. He is the owner of Moving Forward Physical Therapy; The Moving Forward Company, a medical incubator and co-collaborative space for health and wellness practitioners, and ReVitalyze, a training wing within Moving Forward PT that uses the latest technology and services to accelerate client training and maintenance.<\/span><\/p>

Constantly at the forefront of research and continuing education, Dr. Vitaly is always striving for excellence in the way he does his work. Billing<\/h4>

Having earned her Medical Billing Certification from Queens College, Arancha Marino holds the position of Billing & Office Manager for Moving Forward Physical Therapy. In this role, Ms. Marino manages all the daily operations for the practice, simultaneously running her own medical billing company, Healthy Billing Solutions, which offers billing services for Medical Professionals all over the tri-state area. Her knowledge and experience in the industry give Ms. Marino an edge in the complexities of health insurance and gives her the ability to educate patients of their insurance coverage. Her goal is to ensure all patients and clients of Moving Forward P.T. have a pleasant, transparent experience that allows them to heal fully and free of worry about the complex inner workings of insurance coverage.<\/p>

Aside from medical billing, Ms. Marino organizes numerous parades in New York City. She is recognized for her hard work and support with the coordination and logistics of all marching band participants for the St. Patrick\u2019s Day Parade, of which she is the Chairwoman of Bands and Music. Ms. Marino can be accredited with bringing joy and festivities to the city for over 10 years.<\/p>

In her spare time, Ms. Marino is a dedicated martial arts student. She has earned the level of black belt in Jun Fan Gung Fu also known as Jeet Kune Do, with a direct lineage to the legendary Bruce Lee. Following his philosophy of the importance of being a well-rounded martial artist, she also trains in Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Kali-Eskrima, and Savate. She is an associate instructor under the FFIA in Wing Chun Gung Fu, in which she currently holds the rank of a brown belt. Barry Heyden is the father of 5 children and has been together with his wife Zakiya for 16 years and married for 11 years.\u00a0 They met in NYC while Barry was waiting to have dinner with his longtime friend and mentor Dusty Baker who was in town managing the Chicago Cubs. \u00a0 Barry was born in a small town in Western New York called Westfield, NY and moved to South Florida when he was 5 years old.\u00a0 He spent most of his free time outside his academic work playing outdoors, organizing sports games, enjoying nature and making friends.\u00a0 He became a certified scuba diver at the age of 18 and worked as a carpenter along with being a lifeguard through college. After suffering an injury playing baseball in California and recovering holistically Barry has been on a mission to share with others the importance of keeping the body healthy and learning new methods to do so. He grew from this injury to reach his boyfriend dream of working in Major League professional baseball.\u00a0 Through his education and ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships Barry has reached many goals and personal accomplishments if life and business.\u00a0 He presently resides with his family in New York City.<\/span><\/p>

Barry Heyden worked with AlterG for over 12 years and still does business consulting with them. He has helped to introduce AlterG technology to almost every Pro\/College and Military facility in the USA.\u00a0 Since the early days of AlterG, Barry has played a major role in educating and training AlterG employees, along with international distributors. \u00a0 He was introduced to the AlterG while working as the Director of Sports Performance at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City.\u00a0 Barry spearheaded the development of the Hospital for Special Surgery Sports and Human Performance Center from November 2006 to 2008.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Barry has also been on the forefront of Blood Flow Modification training and became one of the first early gurus and certified Kaatsu specialists in the USA.\u00a0 He has developed the powerful combination of using AlterG unweighting with BFM for recovery and performance training. \u00a0 He has spent time with Dr. Sato and the original Kaatsu staff from Japan at the Harvard Medical Center International Conference.\u00a0 He has trained and educated many individuals, Pro\/College and military programs on BFM training.<\/span><\/p>

Barry completed his Exercise and Sports Science Degree with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition\/Biomechanics from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.\u00a0 He currently employs his accomplished academic, testing and clinical background in the development of training regimens designed to efficiently and effectively realize the predetermined objectives of both the athlete and fitness enthusiast.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Barry has also volunteered with the Police Athletic League and continues to do so with the Harlem Knights and Harlem Little league baseball organizations along with the\u00a0 Children\u2019s Aid Society in teaching and training kids on fitness and conditioning for tennis as well as injury prevention for both tennis, basketball and baseball in Harlem, New York.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/h4>

From 2001 until 2006, Barry was the former owner\/founder of Athlete International in Greenwich, CT and Westchester, NY.\u00a0 His presence was instrumental in bringing Athlete International to a high level of achievement. Prior to this, Barry has been at the forefront of progression training methodology for major league baseball. After three successive years (1994-1996) with the Pittsburgh Pirates(intern) and Texas Rangers (Minor League Director of Strength and Conditioning), Barry was hired to be the Director of Strength and Fitness Conditioning in 1997 for the New York Mets. Acknowledging one of the lowest injury ratios in all of professional baseball, the Mets had five years of success while Barry was with them from 1997 to 2001 which helped the Mets go to the 2000 World Series.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Barry has also served as a consultant with both the men\u2019s ATP and woman\u2019s WTA Professional Tennis Associations in past years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

While attending college Barry helped develop fitness and wellness programs at St. Frances Hospital, Edgewood Tennis and Racquet Club in Pittsburgh PA, worked for the physical therapy department at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and helped with developing a world class facility the UZONE in Phoenix, AZ.\u00a0 Barry has been a leader in developing Sports Specific and Functional Training regimens that have become a standard for training programs throughout the Nation and World.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Recognized as a leader in the health, fitness and athletic development industry, Barry has established himself as a popular international speaker and author.\u00a0 \u201cConditioning for Baseball Done Right\u201d(NIKKAN SPORTS SHUPPAN, Tuttle-Mori Agency, Inc., Tokyo, Japan) has become an industry standard in Japan for training baseball players. Paul Lee, MS, PT, L.Ac is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a published author on modalities and neuromuscular disorders . He served as the rehabilitation consultant for multiple specialty clinics in the greater New York area. \u00a0The Center Coordinator for Clinical Education for Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the physical therapy liaison to the orthopedic unit in the Continuum Health Partners in the past.\u00a0 He is currently certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a comprehensive assessment that classifies movement patterns used to treat orthopedic and sports conditions.\u00a0 Paul is also certified in neurological rehabilitation techniques such as, Neuro -IFRAH and LSVT BIG which is an effective approach in recovery of strokes and treating patients with Parkinson\u2019s Disease.<\/p>

Paul received his training in Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center and later became the director for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in a leading medical health system in New York.\u00a0 He received his physical therapy degree from the University of Vermont and completed his Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine. \u00a0He is licensed and registered in New York State as a physical therapist and an acupuncturist.
